This class is a fundraiser for Lunch People! They are starting a not for profit cafe in Eugene, Oregon that will have job training for homeless youth and be a hub for food equity work! My former business partner, Alana Joy Eckhart and I will be co-teaching this plant based dumpling extravaganza!
