This is the perfect class for anyone venturing into cooking meat and feeling hesitant or nervous. After being a vegetarian for 10 years, it was challenging to incorporate meat into my diet. If you just want to level up your meat cooking capabilities, this class will also be great for you. This is the first in a three part series that will help anyone feel confident cooking any cut of meat.
